Inception Workshop June 21 to 23, 2016
SCARA Project Team Members
The workshop was convened for the participating project team members and the international partners from Austria to introduce the project goals and objectives and lay out the responsibilities of involved staff. The overall goals of the workshop were to:
- Discuss on project objectives and activities
- Introduce and discuss on APPEAR regulations and guidelines (project contract)
- Communication and reporting: format, frequency, consolidation
- Inform project member of available Master and PhD scholarships
- ACC (action coordination committee): functions and responsibilities – selection of members
- Lineout detailed workplan and activities for year 1
